Off Peak - Between the period of the 27th April 2008 to the 31st August 2008.

Peak - Between the periods of the 1st September 2007 to the 7th September 2007, 14th October 2007 to the 20th December 2007, 28th January 2008 to the 19th March 2008, 25th March 2008 to the 10th April 2008, and 6th June 2008 to 9th June 2008.

Shoulder - Between the period of the 2nd October 2007 to the 13th October 2007.

Premium - Between the periods of the 20th March 2008 to the 24th March 2008 and the 28th of September 2007 to the 1st of October 2007, and the 21st December to the 27th of January 2008.

Terms and Conditions:

Linen & towels supplied for all beds

Maximum of four or five adults are allowed in all accommodation except Beach Houses (6 adults & 2 Children) & 3 Bedroom Apartments (6 adults)

Standard cabins & some Villas will only accommodate two adults and up to two children (2 to 15 years)

Cots and Highchairs available for hire please pre book

Tariffs may be altered without notice & are GST Inc. Effective 1/9/07 to 31/08/08

FOR CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations are to be notified 4 weeks prior to the booked period for Xmas, Easter, Long Week-ends, and all School Holidays (and 2 weeks at other times).

We will retain $20.00 from all cancellations to cover administration expenses.

We regret your deposit will be forfeited if your cancellation is less than the cancellation period.

Accommodation fees are not refundable if your stay is shortened.
