Terms and Conditions:
Linen & towels supplied for all beds
Maximum of four or five adults are allowed in all accommodation except Beach Houses (6 adults & 2 Children) & 3 Bedroom Apartments (6 adults)
Standard cabins & some Villas will only accommodate two adults and up to two children (2 to 15 years)
Cots and Highchairs available for hire - please pre-book
Tariffs may be altered without notice & are GST Inc. Effective 1/9/09 to 31/08/10
Minimum night advanced bookings - conditions apply
Minimum 2 night stay in cabins over weekends
FOR CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations are to be notified:
8 weeks prior to the booked period for Xmas.
4 weeks prior to booked period for
Easter, Long Weekends and all School Holidays.
2 weeks prior at other times.
We will retain $50.00 from all cancellations to cover administration expenses.
We regret your deposit will be forfeited if your cancellation is less than the cancellation period.
Accommodation fees are not refundable if your stay is shortened for any reason.
